Natalia Grigoreva Strategic Marketing Director Eurasia, De Lage Landen

Natalia started her career by developing export marketing plans for the Baltic States and Russia for the Kverneland Group, agricultural implements manufacturer. She then joined De Lage Landen’s New Markets team as a Business Development Manager working on market analysis, business plans, companies acquisitions in Russia, Hungary, Romania, Portugal and South Africa. She was then appointed as a marketing manager for the Global Business Unit Transportation. Following a merge of that GBU into Construction, Transportation and Industrial GBU she was promoted to Strategic Marketing Director responsible for Europe and Asia. In her role she successfully embedded strategic marketing function within DLL and finance programs with the major industrial equipment manufacturers (including strategic planning, market intelligence, market expansion, new product innovation, marketing communications, branding, training, internal communications and events). Natalia’s personal ambition is to help major industrial equipment manufacturers to shift their offering to total equipment solutions including finance.
